A service call determines the problem(s) associated with your Overhead Door or Operator so we can resolve the problem. If a new door or operator is needed to fix the problem. Then we waive the amount of the service call if you purchase a door or operator from our company. The service fee does not include any parts or labor that require us to repair your door or operating system; should we be able to repair anything versus replacement. (Flat Rate)
